| - Picture yourself transported to 1969 Vegas... the hosts and servers wear 3-piece suits with roses in their buttonholes, the somellier has a silver tasting spoon around his neck. Women are greeted with a long-stemmed rose. You're completely transported, until you look around and see the patrons are wearing short sleeved button ups with cargo shorts, the women swearing loudly about how far they can spit.
The service was very friendly, if a little slow. Gives you plenty of time to sit and relax to enjoy your meal, this is definitely a meal you don't want to rush.
The escargot was buttery, fluffy, and so deliciously rich. Be careful, they're hot!
The beef wellington was good, but a little dry. We ordered it medium rare, came out completely medium. In the future I would probably go with one of the signature cuts of steak instead.
Duckling flambe - it's always fun to order things that are flambeed table-side! Was very moist and delicious, would definitely recommend this dish.
Lemon sorbet served in tiny sugar cones as palate cleansers between apps & mains.
Complementary chocolate-dipped strawberries / dried apricots / figs to close out the meal.
Was not expecting much, was pleasantly surprised, and would definitely come back!
