  • Been going here for years hoping it would get better. First off, if you're a woman, don't even bother. They automatically assume you're an idiot and will continue to badger you to upgrade no matter what service you're requesting. I've been harassed every time whether it was a regular wash or an oil change. I had purchased a card that gave me a certain number of washes, and even then they'd insist on upselling something. I finally resorted to just doing the drive through so I didn't have to deal with ANY sales person at all. Well, now the price went up by $1 (really not that big of a deal) but they don't dry your car at all. No wiping down the windows or even the quick 30 seconds they used to do to at least prevent the dripping. The "new and improved" dryer system might be new, but it isn't any better. And as someone else mentioned, they tape the wiper down but now because they don't have an attendant anywhere, they just leave that on too.
