  • I also had a very bad experience with this company. A few weeks ago, I booked Rapunzel for my daughter's 5th birthday party. Today was her birthday and no one showed up! I didn't get a phone call or anything. My daughter was very sad that Rapunzel didn't come. From the last review, it looks like this has happened before. How can you act so unprofessionally? Very sad.
