  • I made the mistake of purchasing a sofa that was too large to fit in my apartment. The people at Sofa Mart were very helpful and understanding and they helped me pick out a new sofa that would fit through my somewhat small door. Since they had it in stock, I got my new sofa the next day! They did not charge me extra and I actually got money back since my new sofa was less expensive. I am now enjoying my lovely sofa and would highly recommend sofa mart for their great customer service department.
