  • I came into this apartment complex to ask some questions about rent we took a tour with Charroes I believe that is her name. She was very helpful and accommodating she was absolutely great BUT her manager was not nice. She was actually really rude. I ask a simple question about the dog restrictions. The manager really rudely replied with an attitude. I was really interested with the apartment but with the experience that I encountered with the manager I have decided that this place is not one for me. And I'd recommend that the manager to take a communications class to learn to how to give proper customer service. Rant done!!
