  • This is my fault but they took complete advantage of my ignorance. This is the first brand new vehicle I have ever bought. I let them know I would be paying cash. They then asked me how I got the money and how much I got. RUDE! I told them for some reason. Then they talked really fast never let me get a word in. Only phrase I got out was Price is to high can it come down. I was scoffed at and talked down to. After 3 hours I reluctantly signed the contract. Drove the truck a couple days called Midway Nissan and told them how much they charged me for the truck. Midway said give the truck back since I had only put a down payment at the time. Pinnacle refused to take the truck back flat out said no they don't have to. Was in a tiny room with 3 men breathing down my neck. Wish I could give 0 stars. In short I got robbed 2015 Frontier SV automatic only addition all weather floor mats. 36,595.00$ with a 3500$ extended warranty I told them I didn't want. msrp 23k. Do not go to Pinnacle they refused to lower the price even after they admitted to my face that it was to much for that truck. Stating I agreed to it so I am stuck with it.
