  • I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel. I booked a room for a newlywed couple on June 18th - we opened the door at 12:30 am to find the room trashed!! That's right - the room was not ready at midnight. I called the front desk and they informed us that there were no other vacant rooms and we would have to WAIT as they cleaned it. The whole process took an hour from arriving to finally letting the tired newlyweds into their room. They also refused to vacuum the room as to not disturb the other guests....They have ice buckets (with no liners) but after looking for the ice machine and running into the bartender -- it turns out there is no ice machine!!?? You have to come to the front desk. The "renovated" area is hardly impressive - the carpeting was stained, the hallway was smelly, and the tile in the hallway was sticky. There are outdoor key card locks by the pool and side door that don't even work - the place is just open to any stray visitors. The night's stay was comped, but still I can hardly recommend a hotel that clearly does not pay attention to details big or small.
