  • I used to love going to RC Willey outlet. I can honestly say I never left without buying something. I spent a lot of money there. They have moved all their clearance items to the store as they say " to better serve their customers". B.S! Now if I want to check out their clearance items I have to go the rear of the Summerlin store where I am hounded by sales people on my way to the rear of the store, then go back to my car, drive to Henderson to their other store and go through the same thing again. Please explain how this better serves your customers???? I think the real reason was to stear customers to the new items in the store rather than the clearance items. Bring back the outlet with everything in one place so customers don't have to drive all over town and be hounded by sales people !!!
