  • NEO seems to be saturated with ice cream places, all trying to reign supreme. I was a little skeptical; Sweeties is already known for their candy, how will the ice cream compare? It did not disappoint! They have a ton of options from soft serve to scoops to "spaghetti and meatballs" ice cream (it's not what you think!). Killer ice cream in tandem with swing seats and an atmosphere different from any other ice cream place in Cleveland puts this place at the top of my ice cream list!
