  • Went in yesterday with my bother and boyfriend because we wanted to try the hot cheetos corn and some horchata because we heard it's so good here and ended up buying a fruit bar and ice cream too. Food was amazing but the service was horrible. We entered and the older lady at the front seemed miserable. She had so much attitude. We asked for a scoop of vanilla ice cream and she gave us strawberry instead and then told us they didn't have vanilla after I told her she got the wrong flavor. An ice cream shop with no vanilla???? Ok. Then she proceeded to charge us for it after my brother changed from vanilla to cookies and cream. She charged us for both ice creams even as I'm telling her we don't want the strawberry and don't need it. She just said "yes, yes ok mhmm" and charged it so we just took it because she was just going to let us walk out without it even if we paid for it. I'm definetly going to go to another location from now on.
