  • The only reason I gave this any stars is because I like the paper and have enjoyed it, but there is a new owner now, and they are not as customer friendly as the old owners were. They keep missing my home for delivery. It used to be that if they missed my home, they apologized and brought it right out to me. But this new owner refuses to do that! So now I never get to read this paper anymore because they keep missing me and won't deliver after the fact, even though it was THEIR mistake. Counterproductive and bad business if you ask me!!!
