  • The Mandarin Bar offers spectacular views of the Vegas strip at the 23rd floor. It took me a little effort to find this little gem, and all I could do was be amazed as I sat at the window and watched the miles of neon twinkle in front of me. The space is romantically lit, tastefully decorated, and very soothing. The service was attentive and friendly. I especially appreciated the little snack tray of which one selection were some tasty and mildly spicy wasabi-coated nuts. The prices were also spectacular, but you already knew that! Wine by the glass starts at $16 and considering the ultra-chic setting, service, and views, it was almost a bargain. The only thing missing was having Gayle with me to share the romantic setting and our conversations. I'll be sure to make the Mandarin Bar a part of our Las Vegas experience if we happen to pass this way again.
