  • I just went here to ask about whether they make custom pieces. There were no customers in the shop. I asked the older gentleman if he had any custom pendants I could see or if I could see a wax pendant example. He was very rude he even shook his head as if I was asking the dumbest questions ever. I am not in the custom jewelry business therefore I don't know what the process is. I was asking because I wanted to see if I could get a piece made for a friend. I have never ordered a custom pendant in my life and I don't think it's reasonable to assume that I am an expert just because I walked into your shop. After the way he responded to me I WOULD NEVER give my money to this business.
