  • Lots of docs so you can get in with your kid's emergency injury. They have all the equipment and that's convenient. The rest is terrible. They have modeled reception after the DMV. You have to leave your license to get a wheel chair. I said this seemed silly and they let my kid struggle instead. Then they sold us two pieces of equipment, both of which failed. Brake line on scooter wasn't attached. Sleeve for showering in a splint immediately broke. I'm writing this at appointment #2 where I couldn't say "no changes" after two weeks. They wanted to physically see my insurance card again. Patients are treated like criminals to Be taken advantage of. If you can go elsewhere that would be my recommendation.
