  • DO NOT SHOP HERE! Find another Dollar tree. The manager, Jolene (if you want to call her that because I'm shocked that she has this title), at this location is absolutely horrible. I love Dollar Tree and frequent the store often; however, after the experience I had with her yesterday, I will not return. She was rude, not only to me but everyone else waiting in line or waiting for balloons. I have contacted Dollar Tree Corporate as well as the store owner. I'm sure they would love to know who they have representing them. Her attitude was so bad, she couldn't be bothered to do her job. There are plenty of people that would be grateful for that position. She barked at me after I told her what kind of balloons I wanted and with a horrendous attitude said "those balloons that are already blown up aren't our concern" Really? Clearly customer service isn't your concern either! She acted like she was put out to blow up some balloons, be a cashier, or help any customer whatsoever. She's a manager? After that, I politely asked what her name was, she ignored me. I asked again and she barked "Jolene! OK!" I said, you know what "I'll go somewhere else". I walked away. As I got to the door, she says "don't come back, I've 86'd you from the store". LOL. Really? Yeah, ok Jolene. I'm still laughing. She really has no clue. First off, who wants to shop at a place where you get berated for just shopping there? or just asking for balloons?! I'm the customer, I pay your paycheck. Please. She needs to be fired! ASAP. if you hate your job that much, just quit! Corporate and the franchise owner will be getting letters and a phone call. Plus, I read the other reviews. Clearly, I'm not the only one that has experienced Jolene's bad attitude.
