  • We needed windows done throughout the house, and due to our financial situation, we only wanted the upstairs windows done a year ago. Zen Windows completely understood our situation and did not pressure us into doing the entire house or force to do a face to face meeting up front. Even after stalling and shopping around, we realized they gave us the best deal on high quality windows - windows where we would have had to pay 2-3x the price elsewhere. They came out, were friendly, and did a terrific job on our windows. It was one of the least hassled house jobs we have ever gotten completed - quick, easy, and excellent. Needless to say, they got our business a year later on the rest of our house. I'd also like to add that at one point, we invited unique solutions into our home. Unique solutions offered us a "sale" that was laughable - and truthfully, the worst part about the whole experience was that they wouldn't even give us a ballpark estimate over the phone beforehand, not without needing to spend 4 hours of high pressure propaganda at our house. Two years later, we have had to block their number because they still had not understood that a no is a no. I would choose Zen again for my next house if I could.
