  • Terrible management. My washing machine broke and my landlord sent me to this place. First of all they don't even have a message on their voicemail so you're not even sure you have the correct number when you call. They sent a repair guy to my house. He showed up on his phone and was so far from professional or courteous. He tried to repair the unit but said it would cost $150 to repair and $180 to replace. I had him talk to my landlord since I was not paying for it. They were supposed to come back with the replacement later that day. Said he would call an hour before he came. No call, no show. I left messages at the office number. My call was not returned. The next morning I called the office again and left a message. No return call. I finally got an answer and she said she would call my landlord for payment and call the technician and call me back to schedule a time. I never received a call. Left two more messages. Now it is the morning of the 3rd day. I have left a message this morning and told my landlord. He said he paid last night and they were supposed to deliver it last night. He is not able to reach them by phone either. I have sopping wet clothes in the washer and water running through my garage because they left the water hoses disconnected. Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. Hopefully my landlord will be able to get his money back.
