  • Terrible company to work with. Took half my day off to wait around for a technician to come that was supposed to be there around 11-1. No one comes. I call and they say they will send someone out at 1pm. The guy finally comes and he is practically high because he is asking ME what he's supposed to do...uhmm clean the grout and tile? Duh? He then says he forgot his sprayer at the last house in scottsdale so he has to go to home depot to get another one...home depot is down the street yet it took him an hour to get it and get back. So he starts finally at 2pm. I told him to let me know when he needs to go in to the master room for the bathroom as I have my animals in there with me out of the way and I will have to move them. He says ok. An hour goes by and I walk out after hearing silence, and he's gone! He never once even knocked on the door or said anything. AND he left my back gate completely open when he left and allowed my dog to get outside too. So I have to call them back to report this to say he missed a whole room of cleaning. They argue with me on the phone saying I told the guy to not clean that room which is completely stupid. Finally they say they will send him out again the next day between 1 and 3 pm. I take off early from work and reschedule appointments so I can be there at home during that time. 3pm comes by and no technician, no call, nothing. What the hell kind of service is this? Who cares about the clean tile? The hospitality is terrible.
