  • I would give the Beautybrands in Ahwatukee zero stars if I could. I moved to this area about 8 months ago, and when I discovered Beautybrands I was really excited, having heard about their great sales. First of all, there is NOT ONE friendly person in the whole place. I have been there about 4 or 5 times, and never once was greeted. If there is anybody up front, it's usually 2 or 3 of them who are too busy talking to each other to even notice that a customer has come in the door. And trying to get help, they all make you feel like you're interrupting something. And the stylists are a little friendlier, but I got the worst haircut of my life. I seriously doubt that she even attended, let alone finished a cosmetology course. I gave them more than the benefit of the doubt, but I will never go back there!
