  • I needed a hydrating treatment done to my long hair and thought to give this salon a try. They were able to schedule me for a next-day service, which was excellent for someone who doesn't like to wait and waste time. Prior to making the appointment, I reviewed their menu on their website and decided to go with the Botanical Therapy treatment. Amanda P. was my hairdresser and she was very courteous and professional. She helped me get situated and I advised her I am only here for the treatment and she was a bit taken aback because her schedule showed I was getting a full haircut. At any rate, we moved on to the treatment. As it turns out, the treatment I had researched about was different from what this salon offers. While my hair was getting the treatment at the washing station, Amanda offered me a hand massage and ways to make me more comfortable. She also apologized for the misunderstanding on the service. I guess each salon offers the service differently, which is fine because my hair still felt hydrated when it was all said and done. Amanda blow dried my hair and I really liked how she styled my hair. I also needed some conditioner and Amanda was very honest in recommending the right product for my hair type instead of just strictly up-selling. Lastly, the facility looks very well-kept and serene. Everyone I talked to was very nice. They also offer a wide variety of services and offers. I definitely recommend this salon.
