  • If I could give a negative rating I would. We went in august to get fit. Then I called to pay my dress and they could not find the information on the bride. Had the nerve to ask "Are you sure she is getting married" wth? Yes I'm sure. Ends up they lost ALL of the bridal parties information including sizes!! Went back got fitted again. Was told to get a bigger size so they could "alter it to me" I ordered the size I tried on and it fit. They were just trying to get me for more $$. Then my dress comes in, they DID NOT EVEN CALL ME TO TELL ME! They told the bride. Then told her if I didn't pick it up they would send it back. 1st of all they didn't even notify me. 2nd of all I live an hour away, I can't dropped everything to go get it. This is the 1st time I've ever used David's Bridal and it has been the ABSOLUTE WORST experience. I will NEVER GO BACK NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THEM. They have given the remainder of the bridal party the same grief they gave me. They are suppose to help not ruin the whole thing. You would think that as big of a company this is they would treat their customers better but I guess since they are so big they don't care how their employees make them look. Very sad! I am an even bigger supporter of small bridal boutiques now. At least they care about their clients.
