  • I made my decision not to use this venue after talking just once to the manager Patrick. I found the venue through "The Wedding Spot" and tried to book an appointment through that site and heard nothing. I went back to the site and sent them another message, and still nothing. I then went to their website and called them directly. When Patrick finally did call me back I asked him if he had received my requests through the site and he said that he had but he was not inclined to email me back because then he'd have to pay for advertising through them. I was actually struck speechless. I didn't even know how to respond to him. Why would you advertise on a site you have zero intention of paying for? That is dishonest. If they will scam out a business that brings them clients, can you imagine what they'd do to you? This is a poor way of doing business, The way america works is that you pay for services, you don't steal them. I'm sure they get paid for the services they provide. No thanks Shenandoah Mill. You should be ashamed of yourself. Time and effort goes into that website that brings you clients, and you're stealing someones work and taking food away from their families.
