If you own and operate a BBQ place in a busy tourist location and it's a Saturday you need to make enough so you don't run out at 2:00 on a Saturday!
It was disappointing as the reviews said it was good, maybe next time? Who ever runs the place needs to better plan so you don't run out of items that make up90% of your menu!
