  • It's an older airport. Not much else to be said about it. It gets the job done in regards to getting you through to your flight. It's nothing fancy so don't expect luxury shoppes. There isn't much else to do at the airport if you're stuck in a layover or are waiting to go through the terminal save for a handful of arcades and Spaceport. They added a new run way, but should have invested the money into updating the wifi or renovating the exterior of the airport. It kind of feels like a bit of a prison, what with all the concrete walls, ceilings, etc. But as I stated, it's nothing special. The Red Coats (elderly volunteers wearing the white stetsons and red vests) are helpful and usually smiling, it gives retired people something to do. But be warned, they are old people so and they act like it. So there's that. Dining selection is meh, and nonexistent if you're caught before the terminal after 8pm. Shopping is alright. Depending on the terminal, there are a few Best Buy vending machines if you're in need of an iPod, or summat. There are also a few niche stores as well, like the UPS store. But it is a life saver if you've an item you can't take past security, but can't throw away. Just ship or mail it back to your home or store it at the UPS store for when you come back. There's a Swarovski store near the food court so if you forgot to bring gifts back, it's there, along with a flower shoppe, and a the Fan Attic which boasts an array of Flames paraphernalia. Overall: it's a fine airport. Not the best, not the worst. It's convenient. Just needs a make-over and to upgrade the wi-fi. Everywhere. (*pro tip* if you're trying to connect with the wi-fi, you've to open a browser page and try loading up a website. The wi-fi will prompt you to a Login Broadstreet page where you will need to click the "connect" button.)
