  • Really bad customer service, took them 4+hrs to do something that is not even complicated. With in the 4+hrs service was really bad, she had her bi*ch face on at all times. They will tell you that they can't find you package if you have one with them and make you pay a ridiculous amount. $115 for something only worth $65 at pacific mall (did got a quote from a store) and the quality, service I would say it only worth $20. Will never go there again. They said they are always fully booked and they have been business forever, they will not scam ppl. Ya if you take 4 hrs to do something like that and you only have 2 staff, of course you're fully booked all the time cause you can only take 4-6 customers a day.
