  • I'm impressed with Klinke's use of technology (it's very nice to get a text to know when your clothes are ready) and the same day service for clothes in by 10 AM. HOWEVER, I came only to have stains removed on 2 items, and they couldn't remove the stains on one of them ... and still charged $16+ for that item. Darn near criminal if you ask me.
