Very rude .. we did not pick this company but they were dispatched to our claim from our home warranty company. Working with home warranty companies can be frustrating and many times vendors are provided with incorrect information through no fault of their own. The scheduling gal could have quickly defused this situation by simply apologizing and working with me to get this correct information. Instead she took the "not my issue" approach, told me she "couldn't handle this, I just can't take this" and hung up on me. Maybe she was having a bad day...but I would never do business with this company on purpose! So unprofessional! If they cannot "handle" making the appointment, I doubt they could "handle" the issue with my fridge.
