  • I love AZ Grind! My daughter started coming here for private skateboarding lessons a couple months ago. Kim, one of the owners, is one of the sweetest people around. She is like the mom of all the kids who skate and scooter here. The facility is well-maintained. It is also very well-managed. My daughter's skateboard instructor said they have a zero tolerance for bullies and bad behavior, which means all the kids here are pretty well-behaved. The Summer hours are from 1-10pm, with there being two open sessions each day. If you wear one of the AZ Grind t-shirts, you get 1/2 price admission on Wednesdays. They also have a lock in where the kids can skate all night. It's really far from my house, but it is the best choice for us. I'd definitely recommend anyone who skates or scooters to come to AZ Grind! P.S. If you are looking for lessons, they do have monthly packages available.
