  • My dogs have been going for about a year. We had an appt this morning at which time my husband took them. When he arrived early he was asked for their shot records, which he did not have since when I made the appt I was not asked to bring them. They refused to take my dogs and did not offer my husband solutions. In fact he came home steaming mad because the girl up frnot was rude. I called Jeremy and was told he stood there and watched the whole thing unfold and told me they aren't rude. Well apparently after reading other reviews, I'm not the only one. Life is to damn short to be treated this way by a business. Jeremy even told me that customers are NOT right!. WE ARE DONE! In fact we already have a new groomer which Jeremy was sure we wouldn't find. If you like to be TREATED WITH RUDENESS THEN TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE! THEY WONT DISAPPOINT! By the way Jeremy doesn't own this shop...he is just the lousy manager. Rita (whom I don't have a last name because Jeremy refused to disclose) is the owner. I guess detective skills come in handy for this because I will find this owner. Seriously, the manager had the audacity to comment on my comment which is still making him look like a really crappy manager. My husband did not bring dog shot records because you did not ask when the appt was made to bring the records. You did not offer to call me to get the get a name.. My husband is not a rude man...so I don't believe your lies. Further you better read your other comments Jeremy. Not very striking or complementing.
