The BBQ pork here is so good, it made me want to punch somebody. There's something here for all tastes and price points - for around $100, we had two entrees, two appetizers, and one amazing mojito. There are some more authentically Chinese dishes, but as fans of American Chinese takeout, it was fun to try the premium versions of our favorite lazy weeknight dishes. The walnut shrimp is out if this world - delicious fried shrimp on a bed of melon and candied walnuts, with mayo drizzled over. Sounds weird, but comes together beautifully. The shiitake mushroom appetizer was surprisingly tasty, but was swiftly overshadowed by the aforementioned pork. The kung pao chicken was perfection. I can't wait to come back and try the Peking duck - the table next to us ordered it and it smelled incredible.
The decor is lovely and the space is well-arranged. The service is without fault - attentive but unobtrusive, no waiting for refills or plates to be cleared. Fantastic meal!
