rev:text	The lack of professionalism here is astounding. I've used Big O several times, never really much to complain about, never a WOW! factor, never very friendly, but whatever... it's a tire shop. This location though, my god.. I walk in tell the guy at the counter (who I think was the Manager?) that I was sent from another location to have a warranty tire replacement done since the other location did not have the correct tire in stock. The other location told me that I had in fact purchased the protection plan, which turned out not to be true.. No big deal. The first thing out of the guys mouth, to me, is "Why the hell are they send us THEIR damn warranty jobs! Those guys are IDIOTS!".. Obviously, this made me uncomfortable; I was pretty annoyed as well. Then, he pulls out his cell phone, sends a text that took darn near 5 minutes to send, then says "give me your keys, it will be 45 minutes". Ok, thanks?? Next I ask, "Do you have Wifi?" And he states, "yeah, password is the store's phone number" and walks away. Thanks again Captain Customer Service, I'll figure it out. The visit got not better from that point on, I was charged for the tire (no big deal) because "It's not my fault the other guy screwed up" as the moron manager stated. What a Joke.
