  • DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, EVER!! They are "Steal" Kings, not Steamkings. And they are the worst, RUDEST company that I have ever dealt with in my entire 50+ years. They use empty coupon promises to get into your home and than add on a lot of extras saying they are "giving us a deal" which ends up costing 2x more than what we asked them to do in the first place. I was willing to pay what I thought was fair and work with them but when I tried to discuss getting some of the charges reversed for things I did had told them not to do the owner and the manager both laughed in my face and than HUNG UP on me. I was willing to work with them and send them an explanation of the discounts I thought fair but they wanted nothing to do with it. They refused to send me a clean copy of my invoice (the one we got was a handwritten mess) and also told me there were a bunch of "sublet fees" that get added for things like foam, wrapping furniture, etc. of which they did none and did not tell us about, ever. NEVER USE STEAM KING!!! No matter what they say on the phone or before they start work. I have worked in corporate America for 25+ years and have owned businesses myself and I would never, ever treat anyone the way I was treated by Steamking. They should re-name themselves "Steal" Kings and/or shut their doors. But if you want some money, the manager said he has a $500,000 line of credit so they have money if you want to sue them and/or get your money back for work they did.
