  • Very disappointed in Batali. Was looking forward to a great experience. Instead, we got terrible service, tasteless fried pickles (which, by the way, they advertise as fresh and housemade), fries that were not fresh, and onion rings that were beyond greasy (literally, sitting in a puddle of grease, I kid you not). Burgers were fine, but nothing overly special. Took forever to get our drinks, waitress was MIA most of the time, and when one of the burgers came out with wrong toppings, we got a deer in the headlights from our waitress. This place is a waste of your hard earned cash.
