rev:text	I have gone here many times for my car and it's been fine but this visit did not go well and I left feeling unimpressed. It took ten minutes for anyone to even acknowledge I was there and to be assisted even though there were many people standing around. Even if you don't work in the department someone could have come up to me and at least said they would get someone to assist me. Then when I was assisted they told me I would be able to use a Yelp coupon for 40 oil change. The oil change instead cost over $50. It was nice that they kept the coupon but they should know what kind of oil each car takes so they do not misquote me. I feel that if they got the information wrong I should not be penalized and should have only had to pay $40. Then when I got my car back it did not smell good and it was dirty. The steering wheel had dirt on it that I had to rub off. I was not impressed with this visit at all and am debating on bringing the car elsewhere for oil changes.
