  • I literally had the worst customer experience of my entire life a couple days ago at the store. I walked in at about 8:15 p.m. I stood at the counter five minutes. Then I heard a towel dispenser so I assumed they would be coming out soon. I waited another 5 minutes before anything happened. At 10 minutes the door opens and somebody walks out of the bathroom and takes an immediate left into the back room. Three minutes go by and I realize she isn't coming out. So finally I said "anyone back there"? That is where the real fun begins. This girl comes out of the back with a complete look of death on her face and starts ripping into me for saying something. She says "I was in the back and was busy". And I said I know I've been standing here for 13 minutes. She then proceeded to tell me "I was in the bathroom you obviously saw me walk out". Which I replied that yes I did see her but didn't understand why she would not have taken a look in the front after being in the bathroom that long to see if anybody had walked in. At that point she started berating me saying not to give her attitude and my favorite line "don't roll your eyes at me". 13 minutes waiting and I am way out of line because I ask if anyone is coming up? At that point all I could say was "Are you f'ing kidding me that you are blaming me for not wanting to stand here for 13 minutes and then not get even a hint of an apology for the wait?" She then really went off on me saying how inappropriate I was for cussing. So at that point I turned around and walked out while I hear her continuing to berate me. After I walked out, I see her walk in the back room again to do more text messaging or whatever, once again leaving the front of those house completely empty. Totally crazy!! A dishonest person could have stole hundreds of dollars of product and or salon tools, tried to get in the cash, etc. But I patiently wait 13 minutes standing there only to be labeled as a jerk by this person. I have been in that store probably 50 times but they lost my business for good as long as she works there.
