  • I have known Jeremy on the Gluch Group for a long time and when the time came to purchase a home I reached out to him for help. Jeremy and the Gluch Group have a the experience and a long history with negotiating and understanding the housing market (and even a lot of personal experience doing their own remodeling). That made me confident knowing I can trust their advice, and even know what options I might have long term and what things I could do with different houses. I wasn't in a hurry to purchase and wanted to wait for the right time and house in a specific neighborhood, otherwise I wasn't going to move. The Gluch Group team made everything super straightforward and easy, from assigning a person to ensure all the right docs and info is signed, seen and delivered, to being super patient showing houses at times that fit my schedule, to setting up the right housing search criteria and alerts, and making signing docs and communication simple from text and email. Overall Gluch Group did a fantastic job, they're professional, experts, and I'm super happy that I got into a home that exceeded my expectations, especially now in the current market.
