I almost don't want to write this because the place is pretty intimate (read small) and I don't want it to be excessively crowded... because it's great!! The beer is really good, and the staff is lovely. I tried a couple beers before I decided on my first pint, and I think that system is so key for a new place. We had a long table, so I ended up trying most of the beers via a friend or two, throughout the night. I really enjoyed the graham cracker porter. The selection is pretty dark beer heavy right now, but it was perfect for fall. I'm already excited to try their coming seasonal selections! My one major suggestion is to offer light fare to complement the beer. Maybe have a local restaurant/chef create special pairings? That would make this place irresistible, because it's really easy to spend the whole evening. Honestly, I'm sure in time they will!
