  • These people ruined my $300 dress I call ahead of time and asked if they were familiar with the material, the lady said yes I took it in two days later my dress was all stretched out and instead of owning up to it, she said there might have been a defect in the material Really!! Luckily it was purchased from Nordstrom they were able to exchange it for another one which I have taken to other dry cleaners without problem.
