| - I've been coming here for about 5-6 months since I started working at the building nearby. This place has great food and a big menu to choose from. There have been a few times when they make mistakes with the order, but that's fine, mistakes happen sometimes.
What really upset me today, is since I started coming here, I signed up for the rewards program, which was just a paper that you fill up and you hand to them and they give you a card. When I handed them the filled out paper, they said I'm all set, and they even scanned my card that day so I can get the points for my order.
Today, I decided to log in to the rewards card site to see how much points I have, I was shocked as it said, "No e-mail is associated with this card number." I went and ordered food, and when I got to the restaurant, I mentioned the card issue, and the girl said, "You were suppose to verify your e-mail from the e-mail that was sent to you."
I checked my e-mail and there was never an e-mail sent to me. Does this mean that you guys never even activated my card? All those times that you "inserted" my card so I can get my points were all fake? That's not right! and That's not nice!
That means all the points I should have had for the past 5-6 months, was nothing! I literally order here once or twice a week! I could have accumulated a lot of points already!
I am very unhappy and wish for this to be fixed. Other than this situation, this place is great! I will re-write a review if this is fixed.
