  • Came as a guest of my wife. Didn't bring my I.D. because I wasn't going to the bank, I was coming to the gym. Instead of helping us, the lady at the desk decided to turn a potential customer away. She said it wasn't nothing she can do, well you are customer service and that is your job to do whatever you can do. What's the problem when you have the pass in hand. More interested in answering the phone and having us standing there like idiots.
