  • Kid to Kid Phoenix treated me so poorly I cannot believe they are a business catered to children. The staff is unfriendly and they knowingly sell broken merchandise. I recently purchased a used "Maclaren" stroller for my special needs son to visit a hospital back east. When I arrived at the airport and opened the stroller, the brakes were broken, and the back tire was coming off, making it impossible to even use it! When I returned from our hospital trip I visited Kid to Kid Phoenix. They refused to do anything about the situation. It took the owner Chris 10 days to get back to me after I tried calling multiple times to get a resolution. If you want good customer service or to be treated nicely don't shop at this store. If you are looking for baby items go elsewhere and save your time and money!
