  • Hertz Gold at this location is like do it yourself. I went through two cars and then the sales person took me on the lot and said pick my car. I thought that was the new hertz program. Well I got the car I wanted... Not only that they put extra charges and I said that cannot be right. I figured it out and had to explain to them that they added Sirius radio when I didn't pick it. I thought being a hertz upper level member would give me better customer service. Well I guess I am wrong. The manager was not very helpful. There was some car technician that helped me with cars. I try not to loose my patience because I know these people deal with nasty people all day.
