  • I went based on the 5 star reviews, but it really sucked. I asked for gel application (no mani) which I was told is $20 on the phone. I received a half mani? And paid $24 ($30 then 20%). Not sure what happened there, but I just wanted to leave at that point. The lighting is awful so I couldn't really see, after I went outside I saw a lot of gaps and some polish on my skin. They used weird brands of polish that I have never seen before, I get gel every 2 weeks but was sick of the selection my salon has so thought I would go to a diff place. Never again. Their gel selection wasn't good. I'm also iffy about how clean they are, but to be fair they do use white towels and I get that stains may be old but I just was grossed out by it, and not sure where the tools came from. I got a good hand massage and lotion at the end and the lotion smelled bad. I was ambushed because I thought gel no mani means no lotion or hand massage. The lady was super nice, but I rather have a better job than an overly pleasant manicurist. Also she took a call or 2 while doing my nails. Last thing, I hated the music it was like Whitney Houston! Who wants to listen to this while getting a mani, either play today's top 40/whatever or instrumental relaxing music. Ugh I just really didn't like this place Needless to say I'm not returning!!!
