Fun group and the creamiest ice cream, uh yeah let's do it. I work right by Babcock, but I haven't had the chance to learn about their facilities like we got to yesterday. There's a lot going on here, and they try to give UW students as many opportunities to learn and make money as they can- it's a pretty neat system they have going on. They get all their milk and cream from local Wisconsin farms, and they have the whole ice cream and cheese making processes down pact.
They were also very accommodating to my lactose free request and even let me get some free sprinkles to add color to my vanilla cup. I don't eat a ton of ice cream, but this tasted better than the lactose free options I'm remembering from the past.
