  • ** BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY ** RECENTLY CHANGED NAME TO PHOENICIAN LIMO COMPANY... Booked a reservation for my daughter and her 5 friends for Homecoming, the Limo showed up and was floored by how it looked, the fiberglass panels on the side where cracked, the molding around the entire limo was worn and faded, there were parts on the back of limo that were held on by duct tape and the engine sounded like a tank! then lets move into the inside: the carpets looked like they haven't been vacuumed in about a month, the seats were torn, the door to entire the back of the limo was falling off and looked like they put a few screws in the panel to hold it on and the inside of the lime smelled awful!! We then proceed to the ride, the driver took the kids from the house to the Cheesecake Factory, from there to West World for the dance, ( I actually think they spent all of 30 min total inside the limo driving the rest was waiting time for the driver while they ate ) when they arrived at West World the driver told the kids that he suspected someone had been drinking?? My daughter who need to go to an atm around the corner, ask him to take her to the " other side of the tent" so she had money to get in, she was refused a ride because of this. So I immediately jumped in my car raced down to West World to confront the driver WITH THE POLICE there, the kids right there. The driver told me that my daughter asked for a ride to the other side of the building which he thought was suspicious so he said no... little did he know my daughter has been to West World for many events and knows her way around.. THERE IS AN ATM ON THE OTHER SIDE ... at one point once they arrived at West World and my daughter was on the phone with me, telling me what was going on and he told her to get off her phone... he was very rude!!! So once I arrived I proceeded to ask, now the security guard and the police, what we should do now and they told me that at no point did any of the kids smell like alcohol or looked impair so there was no problem.. the driver actually said he felt that the Cheesecake Factory served 14-15 year olds drinks.... ARE YOU KIDDING ME. This driver gave nothing but a hard time to the kids and especially my daughter which he held up 30 min outside of her HC dance waiting for me to get there bring her money and resolve this ridiculous issue with this driver! So between the limo, the driver and the issue the driver created... DO NOT USE THIS LIMO COMPANY EVER!!!
