To me, this is the best build your own pizza spot in Las Vegas.
It's real, uncooked pizza dough (unlike in Downtown Summerlin). You then can choose any toppings you want, and they have plenty of variety.
The flash cooking doesn't burn the bottom like other places. The dough still comes out soft and fluffy. The toppings also don't all slide off (like at 800 degrees).
As far as eating fairly inexpensively, this is the place to go on the Strip. It's delicious pizza for only $12. The only place that can MAYBE beat it is Secret Pizza.
I also like that this is easy to get to for locals. All you have to do is park at MGM, and it's right in that entrance.
