  • You know when you're that annoying girl that says "I don't care, where do YOU want to go?" Well, this was the night that we were on the way home from Harbor Freight with shelving we didn't want to install that night and we saw HOP Central snuggled between Rubios and the awesome local Chinese place that kicks butt and thought... we live here. How did we miss this? Great question. So we flipped a u-turn to see what's up. We walked in starving but drooling over the ambiance, 80s pinball and Asteroids machine asking if they served food. They literally handed us a pile of flyers from the places surrounding and we were in love. The beers were craft, the wine selection perfect and the little extras were icing. They even have MEAD! Yeah. You know you're on board, right? The owners were serving the beers, wine and awesome conversation. They talked about their cool place and made awesome recommendations. We had cocktails as the place next door that I adore (that rhyme was unintentional but I'm leaving it there) Swaddee's delivered the food with their always awesome service. Plates to boot. So in love. We ran a bit over on a Sunday night and we weren't rushed at all. In fact they told us to chill and just relax. I suggest you take a peek for yourself and enjoy a local joint to meet folks and some kickass entrepreneurs that actually care about your experience. Can't wait to go back!!!
