The trick to finding peace and tranquility is understanding how to book a vacation in amazing areas. My wife and I were at the Boulders Resort and Spa to celebrate our one year anniversary. And we did so like we do any vacation in style. Booking an 1800 sq foot villa with two bedrooms, a patio, full kitchen, two bathrooms and a large living space. While there are travelers and residents alike inside the resort it is peaceful, quite and so relaxing. From my check in to the end of our stay was perfect. Brian one of the villa shuttle drivers started it out perfectly by taking me to the villa, inspecting the house to ensure everything worked and recommending some activities within the resort. Part of staying at the villas allows for a shuttle service to take you anywhere on the property which we used quite frequently, no one needs to get lost in the Arizona desert. Every interaction we had with the staff was pure bliss, Mihwa and Erin at the spa cafe and pool. So friendly and accommodating I hope they get a nice vacation soon for how hard they worked during our 4 day stay. Shai at the Verde restaurant was spectacular both nights we ate there and had a great dinner recommendation for us. Sam at the front desk along with the rest of the valet team, front desk and management. The grounds here are also just stunning every detail is inspected daily. Staying at the villas we had access to the villas private pool which was quiet no people around and just utterly relaxing. The spa pool is adults only and is also relaxing, rejuvenating with amazing pool side service. We also checked out the lobby pool which was our least favorite but still outstanding.
Finally the spa itself allowed us to focus on our body and minds. Deep tissue massage brought me back to center and the reflexology the next day not only put me to sleep but gave me a better appreciation for this unique science. I am in love with this resort and as a Hilton diamond member will be back very very soon! Thanks for a great 1 year anniversary celebration!!
