  • When I got my hair cut here around a year ago, they did an awesome job. I cut off about 12 inches and for me being emotionally attached to my hair, that was a huge deal. The lady who cut my hair (I cannot remember her name) did an awesome job and made it an easy process! Because I had such a good experience, I recommended my older brother go to the shop, and I tagged along with him. We waited over an hour for his hair cut, and the lady messed up his hair (he said her name was Sara) by not cutting enough off. No, not that big of a deal, so the next day he went back and asked her to fix it, which she did free of charge. BUT when he got home from the second hair cut, I have never seen his hair so messed up. Apparently the shop was really busy and only this Sara girl was working. It looks like she didn't even take her time on his hair, and now he's been pushed to the point of possibly shaving off all his hair if an actual barber shop cannot fix it. He is too nice of a person to write an unhappy review, so I volunteered to do it for him considering his hair has never been to poorly cut before.
