  • I attend Estate Sales on a regular basis. Most companies are decent, some are exceptional and few, very few in my opinion, are down right nasty - so much so that I would never frequent them. Unfortunately, Kathy's Estate Sales falls into the latter. I truly believe if you have good leadership then you'll great staff. Kathy is obviously NOT a good leader. She is rude...period!!! It's like she is doing you a favor by having this sale. Her pricing is outrageous. And her rule of "...if you pick it up and take it with you, you better not change your mind because if you put it down and her staff see you then you will be banned from buying anything!!!" It's her business but she doesn't deserve my money. There are many, many Estate Sales companies in the Phoenix area - I say shop them instead!!!!
